Camille will graduate in May of 2018 with a Bachelors in Architectural Engineering with a focus in Structures and a Masters in Architectural Engineering. Originally from Plano, Texas, upon graduation Camille will be working full time with the structural forensic and building technology firm Wiss Janney Elstner Associates in Washington DC. 

 

Camille has completed internships with Wiss Janney Elstner Associates in Washington DC in the summer of 2017, as well as with Barton Malow Company in construction management Summer 2016 in State College PA and Summer 2015 in Chicago IL, as well as Whiting-Turner in construction management Summer 2014 in Dallas TX. In Summer 2016, Camille completed a study abroad program with the Penn State Architectural Engineering Department studying architecture and engineering throughout China and Hong Kong.

Beginning in the Spring of 2014, Camille has been involved in Penn State's student run newspaper, The Daily Collegian, as a staff photographer, holding leadership positions on staff including Senior Photographer, Photo Social Media Manager, and most recently Photo Chief Fall 2016 - Fall 2017. Working as a part of the news staff has required Camille to cover many events related to the Penn State community, including Penn State Division I sports, Penn State Dance Marathon, the 2017 Rose Bowl, the 2016 presidential campaign, Miranda Lambert's Livin' Like Hippies tour, preliminary hearings for the Beta Theta Pi trial regarding the death of Timothy Piazza, and many other breaking news and social events on campus. Camille has contributed to expanding social media platforms for the Collegian, including the @dailycollegian Instagram and @TDC_Visuals twitter account. Camille has won awards for front page layout designs including From the field to the front of the class, featuring Penn State football alum Josh Urshel and It's not over, following Penn State's loss to Ohio State.
